At the river this morning. 8x6, oil. I kept my palette limited...alizarin crimson, cadmium yellow, ultramarine blue, and titanium white. I did, however, dip into my cadmium orange occasionally to warm up some passages.
Here's some more progress on this painting. Finish-line is near. I need to work on lower half (shoulder, arm, boa) and unify the background a little more.
Here's another painting I started this week for the Burlesque art show. I spent a couple hours painting from life and some more time refining from photo refs. I'm hoping to finish in a couple days.
